Pool Pump and Filter Cover Transport Terms and Conditions

Thank you for visiting our website and viewing our top quality, Australian made products.  Pool pump covers are a large bulky item and the cost to transport these enclosures around Australia can be extremely expensive.  In order to provide you, our customer, with the best possible transport price, we may need to deliver your order to a transport depot at a location as close to your home address as possible.  We will advise you of the transport arrangements on completion of your order as well as tracking information.  You will then be able to collect your order from the transport depot.  

Depending on the location and size of your enclosure, it may be freighted in separate large cartons or on a pallet.  Regardless, we suggest you bring along a trailer, a few blankets and ratchet straps or rope to ensure your new enclosure arrives at your home safely.

If there are signs of damage to any panels, please take a photo at the depot and be sure to note this on the carrier consignment paperwork on signature of receipt.

Rest assured you will always be covered by us for replacement of any damaged goods to this point.  However, after the goods have left the depot, it is your responsibility to ensure safe transport to your home as we cannot cover any claims after it leaves the transport depot (unless damage has been noted at the depot).
