Warranty, Delivery Returns and Refunds

Stocked Items: These are products that Integral CNC keeps in regular inventory and are readily available for immediate dispatch. Stocked items typically include standard products and accessories that do not require any customization or special manufacturing processes. Orders for stocked items received during business hours are usually processed and shipped on the same or the following business day.
Made-to-Order Products: These items are specifically manufactured according to individual customer specifications. Made-to-order products include custom-made and bespoke items that require fabrication, coating, and packing based on unique customer requirements. Due to the personalized nature of these products, they are produced only after an order is placed, and the dispatch time will depend on the completion of the fabrication and preparation process.
WARRANTY
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
The benefits under our Limited Warranty are in addition to other rights and remedies under applicable law in relation to the products.
Integral CNC consumer products are warranted to be free from defects in materials or workmanship for one year from the date of purchase. Within this period, Integral CNC will, at its sole option, repair or replace any components that fail in normal use. Such repairs or replacement will be made at no charge to the customer for parts or labour, provided that the customer shall be responsible for any transportation cost. This warranty does not apply to: (i) cosmetic damage, such as scratches, nicks and dents; (ii) consumable parts, such as batteries, unless product damage has occurred due to a defect in materials or workmanship; (iii) damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, water, flood, fire, or other acts of nature or external causes; (iv) damage caused by service performed by anyone who is not an authorized service provider of Integral CNC; (v) damage to a product that has been modified or altered without the written permission of Integral CNC.Â
Repairs have a 90 day warranty. If the unit sent in is still under its original warranty, then the new warranty is 90 days or to the end of the original one year warranty, depending upon which is longer.
Integral CNC retains the exclusive right to repair or replace (with a new or newly-overhauled replacement product) the device or software or offer a full refund of the purchase price at its sole discretion. SUCH REMEDY SHALL BE YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY FOR ANY BREACH OF WARRANTY.
THE WARRANTIES AND REMEDIES CONTAINED HEREIN ARE EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING ANY LIABILITY ARISING UNDER ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, STATUTORY OR OTHERWISE. THIS WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS, WHICH MAY VARY FROM STATE TO STATE.
IN NO EVENT SHALL INTEGRAL CNC BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, WHETHER RESULTING FROM THE USE, MISUSE, OR INABILITY TO USE THIS PRODUCT OR FROM DEFECTS IN THE PRODUCT. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
DELIVERY INSTRUCTIONS AND TIMEFRAMES

Integral CNC is committed to the prompt and efficient delivery of goods. For stocked items, online and telephone orders received during business hours are typically dispatched on the same or the following business day. "Made to order" items are dispatched as soon as they are fabricated, coated, packed, and booked for shipping. Integral CNC endeavours to adhere to the provided manufacturing timeframes. In the event of delays, customers will be promptly notified of any changes to the estimated delivery schedule. Please note that all manufacturing timeframes are approximate, and Integral CNC will not be held liable for any financial burdens resulting from potential delays
Should delivery time change (as is the case over the Christmas holiday period) these alterations will be displayed clearly on the front page of www.integralcnc.com.au, or customers will be contacted directly.
For shipping to delivery addresses within Australia, Integral CNC use Australia Post regular or express parcel service, Startrack couriers, Fastway couriers or general carriers  Delivery times are indicative only. As the delivery is carried out by an external party, Integral CNC cannot be held responsible for any failure to observe those delivery times. It is therefore understood and agreed that you will not be entitled to withdraw or modify the order made due to a delay in delivery. If, however, delivery has not been effected after 21 business days from the indicated delivery date the customer may treat the failure to deliver as a terminating event and may elect to terminate the order and receive a full refund. This includes delivery charges and applies to the price of the product/s only.
Integral CNC deliver to Australian addresses only.
RETURNS
If you receive a damaged product, or a product which does not match the original order, Integral CNC will replace the goods and pay the additional delivery charges. The incorrect or damaged product must be returned within 14 days from the receipt of goods. Integral CNC is not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind. However, we will deal with situations on an individual basis and endeavour to resolve to a mutually agreeable outcome.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS
For stocked items, you may be able to cancel your order if you advise us prior to your order being shipped. For "Made-to-order" products, you may be able to cancel your order prior to production. To see if your order can be cancelled please email us on info@integralcnc.com.au. If your order has been shipped, please refer to the Returns & Refund Policy to arrange to return your order.
REFUNDS
Integral CNC strives to deliver your order in the fastest possible time. We do understand that there may be some instances where you may want to return items.Â
STOCKED ITEMS:
Stocked items may be returned to Integral CNC (address details above) within 14 days of product receipt, at your expense so that the item/s may be assessed.
Before processing a return, please email info@integralcnc.com.au outlining why you wish to return your product (from the options below) so we can assist you with the most efficient method to process your return.
Offer excludes postage and handling on change of mind goods.Â

To return an item, the product MUST be in original condition with all labels attached and in correct original condition packaging and returned within 14 days of purchase.
The original postage charge cannot be refunded, unless your order contains incorrect or damaged products.
Refunds will be paid back onto the purchaser's original credit card, bank account or their PayPal Account. Exchanges need to be made in the form of a new online product sale.
MADE TO ORDER PRODUCTS:
Integral CNC upholds a strict policy regarding the return of custom-made products. Due to the bespoke nature of these items, which are specifically manufactured according to individual customer specifications, we are unable to accept returns or provide refunds based on a change of mind or any other discretionary reason.
By placing an order for a custom-made product, customers acknowledge and agree that:
- Custom-made products are uniquely fabricated to meet the specified requirements and preferences of the customer.
- Once production has commenced, the order cannot be canceled or altered.
- Integral CNC cannot resell custom-made products due to their personalized nature, thus returns or exchanges for reasons such as a change of mind, incorrect specifications provided by the customer, or any other non-defective-related reasons will not be accepted.
This policy complies with relevant consumer protection legislation, which recognizes that businesses are not obligated to provide refunds or exchanges for custom-made products in instances where there is no defect or fault with the item.
