Unlike other covers on the market, these enclosures are fabricated using high quality aluminium slats, not cheap pressed sheet metal. Our fully welded panels are fabricated using our custom CNC cut slat retention system. This provides a strong secure enclosure designed to last for many years. Finished in your choice of the full range of Colorbond colours.

Choose from either a fixed lid or open top with included rear bar for further rigidity.

The fixed lid version is shaped at the back to allow pipes to enter from down the wall (not suitable for side entry pipes.  The open top version features a rear bar in place of a lid.  The rear bar can be set to any distance from the wall to allow pipe clearance (not suitable for side entry pipes).

We manufacture and distribute air-conditioner enclosure covers throughout the Sunshine Coast, Brisbane, the Gold Coast, the rest of Queensland and all of Australia. 

Our typical manufacturing time is around 3 weeks for production and 1~2 weeks for powder coating.

This Air conditioner cover can be mounted against a wall or free standing.  We include 2 x wall mounting brackets too.

Expertly built, simple assembly

Our enclosures are expertly manufactured by our team of professional aluminium fabricators. Our flat pack design enables us to ship you your high quality enclosure all over Australia! Built as complete panel sections that are fully welded and only require them to be screwed together to form a strong, rigid enclosure. 

Other suppliers of Air-Conditioner covers offer units that require the end user to insert all of the slats and spacers, screw them all together and essentially build it from scratch. Not the case with ours! Assembly is simple and can be completed with minimal tools and basic experience. Simply follow our detailed instructions provided in our hardware pack with all the hardware and fasteners included as part of your order!  

All of our enclosures are meticulously welded, blended and fully assembled at our factory prior to powder coating, so you can have total confidence that your new unit will fit together perfectly!

Our Air-conditioner covers will add value to your property and further enhance the look of your home. Colour-matched powder-coated aluminium, welded for strength and available in the full range of Colorbond colours as well as custom colours to suit your theme. 

Our aluminium air-conditioner enclosures are custom made at our factory on the Sunshine Coast.

Simple DIY installation.  Only requires basic tools and general handyman skills to assemble.

Assembly is simple:

1. Simply attach front panel to the side panels, using the welded tabs and supplied fasteners

2. Attach the wall brackets to the sides and place the cover in position over your air-conditioning unit.

3. Pre-drill your holes in the wall using the wall brackets on the side panels.

4. Attach the unit to the wall using our supplied fasteners

5. Place the lid or rear bar on top and attach. Installation is now complete!

Delivery:

We specialise in supplying the South-East QLD area, such as Gympie, the Sunshine Coast and Noosa, Brisbane and the Gold Coast. We can also deliver Australia wide - fixed rates are calculated based on state and destination. 

All of our units are shrink wrapped, bubble wrapped and cardboard protected for safe transit. Place your order and have your brand new air-con cover delivered right to your door!
